By booking with Grand Prix Quads, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following Terms and
Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your booking.
1. Safety & Supervision
- All participants must be aged between 5 and 11 years old.
- A waiver and consent form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian before any
child can participate. - Helmets and safety gear provided must be worn at all times while riding.
- Grand Prix Quads staff will provide a full safety briefing and supervision during the
riding sessions. - Any participant deemed unfit to ride (e.g. due to aggressive behavior, illness, or not
following instructions) will be removed from the activity at our discretion.
2. Equipment Use
- Equipment includes electric quad bikes, inflatable track, safety helmets, signage, podiums, and accessories.
- Equipment must not be tampered with, moved, or altered by anyone other than Grand Prix Quads staff.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the venue surface is suitable, clear of hazards, and has sufficient space for setup and operation.
- Equipment is for outdoor use only unless indoor use is agreed in advance and suitable access and space are confirmed.
3. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.
- Final payment must be made no later than 7 days before the event.
- Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing to Admin@grandprixquads.com
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event may result in loss of full payment.
- If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g. heavy rain, storms), we may offer a reschedule at no extra cost (subject to availability).
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or refusal to comply with safety rules.
5. Liability & Insurance
- Grand Prix Quads has £5M Public Liability Insurance.
- While we take all reasonable precautions, Grand Prix Quads is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, or third-party negligence.
- Parents/guardians must remain on-site and responsible for their children at all times.
6. Damages & Misuse
- Any wilful damage to equipment or loss caused by misuse may result in charges to cover repairs or replacements.
- All equipment is inspected before and after use. The customer is liable for any damage occurring during the hire period.
7. Venue & Access Requirements
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear access for delivery, setup, and removal.
- Venues must be flat, grassed or levelled surface with no sharp objects or obstructions.
- Any delay caused by venue access or issues may shorten hire time but will not be refunded.
8. Media Consent
- Grand Prix Quads may take photos or video during events for marketing purposes. Please notify us in writing if you do not wish to be included.
9. Force Majeure
- We will not be liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, accidents, illness, transport failure, or equipment breakdown.
10. Agreement
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
